Marcia Madureira is the Administrative and Financial Manager at IDIS, working on the Juntos Pela Saúde (Together for Health). She has 9 years of experience in the financial market, specifically in Corporate Banking, having worked at Itamarati, BCN, and SRL banks. For over 20 years, she has been an entrepreneur in the fields of architecture, construction, real estate, representation, and imports. In October 2021, she joined n2, a social impact platform focused on scaling financial education for employees and entrepreneurs, where she managed operations for customized platforms serving various clients. In the Jequitinhonha Valley in Minas Gerais, through n2 and in partnership with the Women of Brazil Group, she developed and coordinated the Dona de Mim program. Over 20 months, the program provided financial guidance to 2,400 women, conducted 1,900 video conferences, facilitated 1,400 microloans, and delivered 35 workshops to 520 women entrepreneurs with a team of 12 people. Márcia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP and a specialization in Stakeholders and ESG from FIA-USP.
