Whilla Castelhano is Project Manager at IDIS. She has experience in fundraising, management of social projects and technical support with work at Fundação Getulio Vargas, Embrace a Cause and civil society organizations. She has a degree in Defense and International Strategic Management from UFRJ, an MBA in Management and Project Management from UFRJ, a postgraduate degree in Public Policy Management and Social Projects from SENAC, and is currently a postgraduate student at FGV in Social Responsibility and the Environment and has an international PMD Pro Level 1 certificate.
