The Brazilian Forum of Philanthropists and Social Investors aims to provide an exclusive space for the philanthropic community to gather, exchange experiences and learn with peers, enriching the strategic philanthropy in order to promote the Brazilian society’s development. The event has already brought together over 1,000 participants, including philanthropists, leaders and national and international experts.

In order to analyze and discuss the philanthropy role in Brazil’s development, the Forum invited great speakers such as Ana Lúcia Villela, Ana Paula Padrão, Carlos Wizard Martins, Guilherme Leal, Gilberto Carvalho, Jane Wales, Jorge Gerdau Johannpeter, José Guimarães Monforte, Lester M. Salamon, Peter Eigen, Rob Garris, Swanee Hunt, Viviane Senna, and many others.

The Brazilian Philanthropy Forum is a joint initiative of the Institute for the Development of Social Investment (IDIS) and the Global Philanthropy Forum (GPF).
