Rodolfo Avelino

He is a professor at Insper, holds a PhD from the Human and Social Sciences program at the Federal University of ABC, and a Master’s degree from the interdisciplinary Digital TV program at São Paulo State University (UNESP). He is an elected member of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br). A researcher, he contributed to the creation of the Free Technologies Laboratory at the Federal University of ABC. He has over 28 years of experience in Information Technology and cybersecurity. He is the author of the book Digital Colonialism: Tracking Technologies and the Informational Economy. He is also active in Coletivo Digital, working on projects related to culture and free technologies.
