Guilherme Amorim Campos da Silva

Guilherme is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Economic and Financial Law at the University of São Paulo, he holds a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, a Master’s degree in State Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. With over 25 years of experience as a university professor, he guides Master’s and Ph.D. theses on topics related to access to justice, business, and sustainability.

He is currently a member of the Constitutional Law Committee and the Special Committee on Notarial Law and Public Registers at OAB/SP (São Paulo State Bar Association). He is also part of the Working Group on the Secular State at the Brazilian Society for the Advancement of Science (SBPC). Additionally, he serves as a board member of the Gol de Letra Foundation and the Padre Anchieta Foundation/TV Cultura.
