Juliana Carreira is the Project Manager of the Together for Health  initiative at IDIS. She holds a degree in Actuarial Science from FMU and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Actuaries. She also has an MBA in Controllership and Business Management from PUC SP and is currently focusing on deepening her skills in the non-profit sector. Juliana has extensive experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls and Compliance, Auditing, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management of products. She has worked with major insurance companies, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing processes, performance indicators, and liaising with regulatory bodies and reporting to C level executives. In her executive roles, she has excelled in people management, developing a leadership style as a coach with an innovative and empathetic approach that emphasizes continuous development of individuals and teams.
