Luiza Saraiva is Project Manager of the Together for Health initiative at IDIS. For almost 20 years, she has worked as a professional in the cultural sector and the third sector, working in the areas of fundraising, entrepreneurship, project management, strategic planning, evaluation, governance/compliance, strategic advice and partnerships. In addition, she has been a team leader over the last few years, an experience that favored the deepening of knowledge about human and organizational development, in a broad perspective of creating communities of value and designing connections. She has worked in innovation environments, consulting and third sector organizations of national size, where she led strategic and impact projects. Regarding her education, she holds a Bachelors degree in Social Communication from PUC-Rio, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a Masters in Business Administration also from PUC-Rio, in addition to a series of other training experiences in the areas of strategic project management, sustainability, leadership, evaluation and impact measurement.
