Marcos Alexandre Manoel is Project Director at IDIS. Graduated in Social Communication and Postgraduate in Management of Third Sector Organizations, for 10 years he was Director of Planning, Brand Attitude and Sustainability at Edelman Brasil, a position in which he led the planning fronts and management of sponsorship, CSR and sustainability strategies. for companies such as Gerdau, Klabin, Amil, Aegea, Mosaic, Tegra, CPFL and Cultura Inglesa, among others, in addition to having guided the planning of social organizations such as Fundação Iberê Camargo, Instituto Grupo Boticário and Fundações Ema and Eva Klabin, among others, in reviewing their respective positioning and operating models. He was also the leader of the Brand Attitude area at the consultancy Significa, where he led ESG strategies for brands such as Itaú, Vale, Natura, Gol, EDP, Shell / BG Brasil, among others, in addition to having acted as a founding partner of Simbolize, consultancy Focused on Purpose and ESG. During a sabbatical year, he organized the Caminhos & Culturas project, a 40,000 km terrestrial circuit through seven South American countries and sixteen Brazilian states that offered an interesting holistic and humanitarian vision of local societies and their idiosyncrasies.
