Denise Carvalho is Senior Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation at IDIS. Graduated in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB), she has more than 20 years of experience in design, management, monitoring and evaluation of social and business development projects, having worked in International Organizations (United Nations in Brazil and Equatorial Guinea), private companies (PwC and Polaries Participações) and in Third Sector (FNP, Caritas, Switzerland, Instituto Votorantim, Fundação Abrinq). Denise also has a postgraduate degree in Evaluation of Results and Impacts of Public Organizations and Programs, from the Universidad del Litoral (Argentina) and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, from BI International, and specializations in the country and abroad. Currently, she is a student of the Master in Assessment at the Universität des Saarlandes (Germany). Denise also acquired, in 2023, through Social Value International, certification in the Social Return on Investment Accredited Practioner impact assessment protocol.
