Fernando Nogueira is the Executive Director of ABCR – Brazilian Association of Fundraisers. He is also a lecturer at FGV EAESP, where he earned his Master’s and PhD in Public Administration and Government. He is a researcher and advocate in association management, sustainability, public innovation, and private social investment. He chaired the Board of Instituto Doar and led the Best NGOs Award (Prêmio Melhores ONGs). He has more than 25 years of academic and professional experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked at organizations such as GIFE – Group of Institutes, Foundations and Companies; Amcham – American Chamber of Commerce; CDI – Committee for the Democratization of Information Technology (now Recode); and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
