Guilherme Sylos is a Prospection Director at IDIS. He has a fifteen-year career, developed in the voluntary sector and in Startup of businesses, acting in the fields of planning, marketing, finance, fundraising, and in the commercial and operation fields. He is a professional with vast baggage in many sectors. He is a founder of NGO “Sociedade Mar” and co-founder of Make-A-Wish Brasil, where he acted as vice president, member of the audit board and Executive Director. He has ample experience in negotiation with business partners for fundraising and for implementation of projects. He is also a leadership, formation and team of volunteers management specialist. He has a degree in Hotel Management by Renascença College, with an MBA in Project Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
