Chairman of the Board of Directors at Jive Investments and founding partner of Mauá Capital, Luiz Fernando Figueiredo also served as a Director at ANBIMA. He is Chairman of the Board of Instituto Fefig, a board member of Associação Parceiros da Educação, and a board member of IDIS – Institute for the Development of Social Investment. He served as Director of the Central Bank of Brazil from 1999 to 2003, was a board member and Coordinator of the Risk and Financial Committee, and a member of the Issuers Committee at B3, as well as one of the founders of Gávea Investimentos. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP, with a specialization in finance. Figueiredo was also a partner and Treasurer Director at Banco BBA, held executive positions at Banco Nacional, JP Morgan, and local brokerage firms, and served as President of AMEC.
