Rosana Ferraiuolo

Rosana Ferraiuolo is the Project Manager of the Transforming Territories Program at IDIS. She is a consultant and systemic facilitator with over 27 years of experience in strategic management of social projects, process management, institutional development, methodology development, monitoring, evaluation, systematization, institutional relations, networks and territories, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, and diversity. She holds a degree in Social Work with postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management, Corporate Education, Third Sector Management, and an Executive MBA in ESG and Impact. She is certified in Social Project Management and Evaluation by APMG International, ESG by IEER Racial Equity Index, Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Nonviolent Communication by Search Inside Yourself, group facilitation method Electi, Master Mind, and Leadership by the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Rosana has held management positions in medium and large-scale social organizations and has consulted in private social investment, alliances, and collectives. She volunteers as a career mentor with IVG, and actively participates as a leader and collaborator in executive committees of networks, councils, and institutes. Her contributions include involvement in the formulation of public policy for youth and adults at the Centro de Desenvolvimento Social e Produtivo (Cedesp São Paulo) and the Aprendiz Program in the state of São Paulo.
